Even though Relate Northumberland and Tyneside is a charity, running the organisation takes considerable resources. In fact every hour of Relate counselling costs us £35 to provide -- and it is
to meet those costs that we ask you to pay.
The fee we request depends upon your joint income and is usually charged in line with the following table.
However it is important that people with problems should not be put off contacting Relate by financial concerns. For many people unable to meet the charge the Relate Foundation is able to offer bursaries to offset most of the cost.
